Elizabeth Dare

Founder and Principal Consultant

Elizabeth is the Owner and Principal Consultant of Focused on Delivery LLC, a strategic operations and process optimization consulting firm. She has over 25 years experience in Biotech, Consulting and Fortune 100 healthcare organizations and has received numerous awards for delivering challenging projects and drug programs. Her education includes a BS in Biology, an MBA, and certifications as a PMP, Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma and Prosci Change Management Practitioner.

She started her career in R&D operational roles working on blockbuster drugs such as Crestor, Symbicort and Casodex realized that there were more optimal ways of working and pivoted into leadership roles that worked to transform and optimize R&D and commercial organizations.

Key projects include leadership of R&D-wide process and people integration for a $30B acquisition; strategic advisement for a $15B acquisition; leading the building of a new $300M R&D site, leading enterprise-wide optimizations of clinical and procurement processes, resulting in a 30-50% cycle time reductions; using lean design to develop new processes such as capacity management and risk-based monitoring; leading drug portfolios in oncology and cardiovascular TAs and leading change management for acquisitions, organizational redesign and process optimization projects. She is a keynote speaker at Operational Excellence conferences.
